Job and Internship Posting Instructions
Global eRecruiting Outreach (GeO) Program
When you have been approved to use the F&ES GeO system by our office, you will be able to edit your organization's profile and contact information, post new jobs and internship opportunities, review resume books, and participate in on-and off-campus recruitment events. All of your postings are advertised electronically to our students and alumni/ae who can respond to opportunities of interest. We encourage employers to post openings directly to speed up the posting process and so you can take advantage of our resume books and events.

Create An Account Follow our instructions carefully to create an account.
1. Log into: http://yalefesgeo.experience.com/emp/sblogin
2. If you have never created an account specifically in eRecruiting/GeO with F&ES, select Create an Account
3. You will be directed to: http://yalefesgeo.erecruiting.com/emp/enter_email
4. Enter your email address, and Submit
5. Create an account and complete the profile information, accept terms of service, and Submit
6. You will be taken to: http://yalefesgeo.erecruiting.com/emp/enter_key- Now you can link to F&ES’ eRecruiting System–Select Request Access
7. It will take you to: http://yalefesgeo.erecruiting.com/emp/sb_request_access?aff=1787- Send us the “Request (to) Access Yale Univ Forestry/Envrmnt”
8. You will then receive this message: “Your request to link to Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies has been sent and is pending.”
9. Once we approve your request, you will then be able to link directly to our School’s site without having to pay any money to experience.com.
Start Posting! Once we have approved you as a GeO user, you will receive notification via email. The login at http://yalefesgeo.experience.com/emp/sblogin will take you to this message:
Welcome to Experience, etc.
All of the school accounts that you have linked are listed below. (This allows you to link to other Experience.com/eRecruiting client schools if you wish.)
To post a job to this school, select 'Create a job'.
